# September 2026 Release Notes
## What's new in TwinsAI for September 2026; SmartMoving CRM integration, Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Codex MCP connectors, multilingual meeting transcription, pre-meeting briefings, and deterministic per-answer opening lines.
### v2.1443.0 — September 28–30, 2026
#### New Features
- **SmartMoving CRM integration** — connect SmartMoving, sync contact lists, write calls and notes back, look up inbound callers and create leads, and book on-site estimates straight from the assistant.
- **Pre-generated meeting briefings** — briefings are now prepared automatically for meetings starting within the next 30 minutes.
- **Auto-record on Join** — joining a meeting from Today's Agenda starts the recording on its own.
- **Post-call Schedule Meeting books on the assistant's calendar** — Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, or SmartMoving, with the form showing where the meeting will land.
#### Improvements
- **Parallel Voicemail is always on** — the setting and the separate voicemail screen have been removed.
- **VM Drop leaves the call screen immediately**, even with Parallel Voicemail off.
- **Human Speaks on Answer calls now count as Conversations,** as long as they are longer than 45 seconds.
- **Fewer dropped AI responses on short phrases** — the voice pipeline now receives the true audio sample rate.
- **Major call-stability work** — fixed the event-loop stalls behind intermittent 502 errors, and voice pods now wait for their reserved calls before shutting down.
- **Further hardened removing the AI from a call** — it now leaves the conference before any database write.
#### Bug Fixes
- Fixed an intermittent freeze issue during parallel dialing.
- Fixed outbound recordings not being recovered when the provider callback never arrived.
- Fixed forwarded inbound calls not appearing in Call Logs as redirected.
- Fixed human-answered inbound calls losing their recording.
### v2.1416.0 — September 14–20, 2026
#### New Features
- **Multilingual meeting transcription** — meetings are no longer transcribed as English-only.
#### Improvements
- **Open an upcoming meeting straight from Today's Agenda**, with its briefing, in the right pane.
- **Today's Agenda is cleaner** — calendar events with no meeting link are hidden, and a meeting already being recorded shows as recording rather than offering Join.
- **Removing the AI from a call is now near-instant** — previously the click could queue while the AI kept talking.
- **API stability** — eliminated the pod restarts and segfaults behind intermittent 502 errors; the API now starts in new pods in half the time.
#### Bug Fixes
- Fixed inbound calls being dropped at exactly 60 seconds for some assistants.
- Fixed a false "Another user already took this call" message when re-accepting your own call.
- Fixed the inbound call card appearing before the caller had actually joined.
### v2.1401.0 — September 7–13, 2026
#### New Features
- **Pre-meeting briefings are now in Meeting Logs.**
- **Deterministic per-answer opening lines** — configure a distinct opening for each way a prospect picks up.
- **Send a meeting or call to your CRM from Organization Contact rePository (OCP).**
- **Meeting Score is now on for everyone** (previously limited to a single organization).
- **Close to tray, with a prompt to start recording** when a meeting begins.
#### Improvements
- **Sonic 3.6** is now available in the Cartesia voice model dropdown.
- **OCP contacts open full screen** in the browser.
- **Phone numbers are locked from deletion for 7 days** after an organization acquires them.
- Agenda "now" marker restyled to dark gray.
#### Bug Fixes
- Fixed the OCP side panel dropping the contact it was asked to open.
- Fixed recordings going missing when the provider callback never arrived.
- Fixed the active-prospect lock not releasing when a rep dispositions a call.
- Fixed the AI being re-marked active after its leg was already dialled.
- Fixed voicemail being delivered without the call ending.
- Fixed a Windows error dialog from the meeting recorder.
### v2.1380.0 — August 31 – September 6, 2026
#### New Features
- **Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Codex connectors** — the MCP server now supports OAuth 2.1 so each user signs in individually; sign-in steps and connected apps appear in API key settings.
- **Calling list in the Chrome extension side panel.**
- **Today's calendar agenda in the desktop Meetings panel.**
- **Add an existing contact to your CRM** from the post-call form and OCP.
- **Consistent CRM link, add, and unlink controls** on every contact surface.
#### Improvements
- **Smoother outbound voice** — added a jitter buffer on the carrier leg.
#### Bug Fixes
- Fixed the AI staying marked active after an outbound assistant leg ended.
- Fixed being redirected to login with a stale session, and transient token-refresh failures no longer log you out.
