New Features
- Recipients Speak First (Glasscubes) — New Pipecat-powered mode where the recipient speaks first on answer. Ships with Cartesia WS pool and performance optimizations to minimize connection latency.
- Dialer filters — Filter your contact list in the dialer. A dot on the Filters pill indicates when a filter is active.
- Auto-close CRM tasks from Auto-Dialer — CRM tasks are automatically closed when you place a call from the Auto-Dialer.

- Faster Pipecat connection — Reduced Pipecat connection setup time for quicker call starts.
- VAPI detection routing by provider flag — VAPI detection inject now routes by provider flag for more precise handling.

- Fixed account popover rendering behind the mobile nav drawer.
- Fixed IVR parallel count not updating correctly when unselected to 1.
- Fixed Close CRM call sync failing due to note_html validator rejecting style attributes.

- Apollo contact side-view in desktop app — Apollo contact details viewable in a side panel within the desktop app.
- Super Admin: Terminate active calls from Global Call Logs — Super admins can end active calls directly from Global Call Logs.

- Hardened transcription — Improved prompts prevent hallucinating dialogue on silent or very short audio.
- PCMS webhook compatibility — Webhook filter list now supports flag-based filtering with validated targets.
- HubSpot workflow: composite assistant selector — PCMS now uses a composite assistant:userId selector for HubSpot workflow routing.
- CEO assistant lookup via flag — Replaced name-based CEO assistant lookup with an explicit isCallToCeo flag.
- Parallelization column in call logs — Replaced the "Conference" column with "Parallelization" for clearer data.
- Updated meeting layout UI — Refreshed meeting view layout.
- Desktop SDK updated to v2.0.17.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed dialer getting stuck after a call terminates.
- Fixed Pipecat VMDrop button not entering voicemail mode when "Human Speaks First" is enabled.
- Fixed Auto-Dialer pane being cut off on Windows when maximized.
- Fixed Electron impersonation reverting on identity change.
- Fixed Pipecat/Cartesia prewarm being wasted ~50% of the time when prewarm pod and call-WS pod differ.
