Connecting Zoho CRM with TwinsAI Application

Step 1: Log into TwinsAI and Zoho in the same browser

• Ensure you are logged into your TwinsAI application.
• Log into your Zoho account.
• Use the same browser for both logins (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari).

Step 2: Access Settings in TwinsAI 

• Go to the bottom left corner of the TwinsAI application.
• Click on your profile icon.
• Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Navigate to Integration Tab 

• In the Settings menu, click on the tab labeled 'Integration'.

Step 4: Connect Salesforce 

• Scroll down to find the Zoho.
• Click on 'Connect Zoho CRM'.
• Log into your Zoho account if prompted.

Step 5: Confirm Connection 

• Return to your profile and go back to 'Settings'.
• Navigate to the Integration tab again.
• You should see a 'Disconnect' button beside Zoho, indicating a successful connection.

Step 6: Sync Contacts from Zoho

• To view your Zoho contacts, go to 'Autodialler' page in TwinsAI.
• Click on 'Refresh' icon.

Step 7: Access Your Contact List 

• Click on the contact list to see your Zoho lists.
• Select any contact list and you will retrieve your contacts from Zoho.
