# Connecting Zoho CRM with TwinsAI Application

**1. Log into TwinsAI and Zoho CRM**  
Ensure you are logged into both your TwinsAI applications and your Zoho account.  
You can use any web browser, such as Chrome.

**2. Access Profile Settings **  
Navigate to your profile located at the bottom left corner of the screen.  
Click on your profile and select 'Settings'.

**3. Go to Integration Settings**  
In the Settings menu, click on the 'Integration' tab.

**4. Connect ZohoCRM**  
Look for Zoho CRM in the integration options and click on it to connect.  
Authorize the applications to allow access to Zoho CRM.

**5. Verify Connection Status **  
To check if the connection was successful, go back to Settings and then Integration.  
If connected, it will show 'Disconnect'.

**6. Sync Contacts **  
After confirming the connection, navigate to either 'Contacts' or 'Autodialer'.  
For this example, select 'Contacts'.

**7. Execute Sync **  
Click on the 'Get Lists ' and select the contact list then 'Sync Contacts' button to sync all contact information from your CRM platform.

**8. Access Contact List **  
After syncing, go to the contact list to view the imported contacts.
