Connecting Salesforce CRM with TwinsAI Application
1. Log in to TwinsAI and Salesforce
Ensure you are logged into both your TwinsAI applications and your Salesforce account.
You can use any web browser, such as Chrome.
2. Access Profile Settings
Navigate to your profile located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Click on your profile and select 'Settings'.
3. Go to Integration Settings
In the Settings menu, click on the 'Integration' tab.
4. Connect Salesforce
Look for Salesforce in the integration options and click on it to connect.
Authorize the applications to allow access to Salesforce CRM.
5. Verify Connection Status
To check if the connection was successful, go back to Settings and then Integration.
If connected, it will show 'Disconnect'.
6. Sync Contacts
After confirming the connection, navigate to either 'Contacts' or 'Autodialler'.
For this example, select 'Contacts'.
7. Execute Sync
Click on the 'Get Lists ' and select the contact list then 'Sync Contacts' button to sync all contact information from your CRM platform.
8. Access Contact List
After syncing, go to the contact list to view the imported contacts.
