Connecting Close CRM with TwinsAI Application

Step 1: Log into TwinsAI and Close CRM

• Ensure you are logged into your TwinsAI application.
• Log into your Close CRM account.
• Use the same browser for both logins (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari).

Step 2: Access Settings in TwinsAI 

• Go to the top right corner of the TwinsAI application.
• Click on your profile icon.
• Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Navigate to Integration Tab 

• In the Settings menu, click on the third tab labeled 'Integration'.

Step 4: Connect Close CRM 

• Scroll down to find the Close CRM section.
• Click on 'Connect Close CRM'.
• Log into your Close CRM account if prompted.

Step 5: Confirm Connection 

• Return to your profile and go back to 'Settings'.
• Navigate to the Integration tab again.
• You should see a 'Disconnect' button under Close CRM, indicating a successful connection.

Step 6: Sync Contacts from Close CRM

• To view your Close CRM contacts, go to the 'Contacts' page in TwinsAI.
• Click on 'Get List'.

Step 7: Access Your Contact List 

• Click on the contact list to see your Close CRM contacts.
• Select any contact and click on 'Sync Contacts' to retrieve your contacts from Close CRM.
