Connecting Apollo CRM with TwinsAI Applications

1. Log into Twins AI and Apollo 
Ensure you are logged into both your TwinsAI applications and your Apollo account.
You can use any web browser, such as Chrome.

2. Access Profile Settings 
Navigate to your profile located at the top right corner of the screen.
Click on your profile and select 'Settings'.

3. Go to Integration Settings
In the Settings menu, click on the 'Integration' tab, which is the third tab.

4. Connect Apollo
Look for Apollo in the integration options and click on it to connect.
Authorize the applications to allow access to Apollo CRM.

5. Verify Connection Status 
To check if the connection was successful, go back to Settings and then Integration.
If connected, it will show 'Disconnect'.

6. Sync Contacts 
After confirming the connection, navigate to either 'Contacts' or 'Audit Alert'.
For this example, select 'Contacts'.

7. Execute Sync 
Click on the 'Sync Contacts' button to sync all contact information from your CRM platform.

8. Access Contact List 
After syncing, go to the contact list to view the imported contacts.
