AI auto-fill for call outcome — After a call ends, the AI analyzes the conversation and automatically suggests the appropriate call outcome, saving time on post-call logging.
Personalized VM Drop button — A new one-click button lets you drop a personalized voicemail and immediately disconnect, keeping your dialing session moving without waiting for the beep.
Per-assistant "Human Speaks on Answer" mode — Replaces the global "No Assistant" toggle with a per-assistant setting. When enabled, the human rep speaks first when a call is answered, while still benefiting from AI assistance in the background.
