v2.1093.0 — April 23–29, 2026

New Features

  • LinkedIn profile URL support for HubSpot — TwinsAI now reads the additional linkedin_profile_url field on HubSpot contacts.
  • Recording URL + processing status in call logs — when transcription is delayed, the call log surfaces the recording URL and a clear processing status so reps aren't blocked waiting on transcripts.

Improvements

  • New call issue types in Call Logs — additional categories are now available when reporting a call issue from the Call Logs.
  • Manually terminate calls from the Dialing List — reps can end a call directly from the dialing list without waiting on the call screen.
  • Higher-quality transcripts — realtime transcripts are now used as speaker hints for post-call transcription, improving speaker labeling accuracy.
  • Improved call and transcription reliability — our voice pipelines now includes stall detection, graceful drain, and HTTP resilience; transcription automatically falls back to a secondary provider when our primary is rate-limited or unavailable.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed call transcripts appearing blank during transcription provider outages — calls now retry instead of being marked complete with empty text.
  • Fixed missing Assistant provisioning for users created with admin-preset phone numbers.
  • Fixed Close CRM rejecting call activity posts due to disallowed <div> tags in note HTML.
  • Fixed Last Activity date showing incorrectly on the Dialing List.

New Features

  • OCP missing-contact creation — One-Click Prospect now lets you add missing contacts directly from the panel.
  • Block redialing the same number within 5 minutes in a dialing session — prevents duplicate dials inside the same session.

Improvements

  • Voice Detection v5: faster human fallback on prospect silence — speeds up the AI-to-human handoff when the prospect goes quiet.
  • Contact Title, Company, and Address on the Dialing List — additional contact context is now visible directly in the list.
  • Improved feature-flag reliability — added a database-backed fallback so the app continues to work normally if primary feature flags have issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed manual / POTS calls incorrectly always using the user's default number.
  • Fixed webhook errors when leaving voicemails.
  • Fixed a calendar timezone issue affecting scheduled meetings.
  • Fixed HubSpot scheduling pages dropdown not showing all options for tenants with more than 100 meeting pages.

  • AI auto-fill for call outcome — After a call ends, the AI analyzes the conversation and automatically suggests the appropriate call outcome, saving time on post-call logging.
  • Personalized VM Drop button — A new one-click button lets you drop a personalized voicemail and immediately disconnect, keeping your dialing session moving without waiting for the beep.
  • Per-assistant "Human Speaks on Answer" mode — Replaces the global "No Assistant" toggle with a per-assistant setting. When enabled, the human rep speaks first when a call is answered, while still benefiting from AI assistance in the background.

  • AI speaks acknowledgment before call transfer — The AI assistant now delivers a natural acknowledgment phrase before executing a call transfer, ensuring a smoother handoff experience for prospects.
  • Call outcome panel redesign — Refreshed layout and improved usability for logging call results after each interaction.
  • Improved loading state indicators — Updated loading states across the dialer for a clearer, more responsive feel during session startup.
  • Contact title and address in phone pane — When a call connects, the phone pane now displays the contact's job title and address for quick reference during the conversation.
  • Consistent Call Observer behavior in parallel dialing — Unified the logic for when the Call Observer panel automatically opens during parallel dialing sessions, eliminating inconsistent behavior.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Default Sort and Sort by Last Activity in the Dialer contact list.
  • Adjusted connected call counts to exclude voicemails, IVR interactions, and short calls in session totals.
  • HubSpot CRM and shared calendar scheduling section now loads correctly.
  • The Dialer contact pane now auto-scrolls to the current contact as calls progress through the list.
  • Call notes now take less time to generate after a call ends.
  • Smart Rotation phone number rotation now cycles through numbers based on call patterns.

  • Audio noise filtering — RNNoise filtering is now active, reducing background noise on AI voice calls for cleaner audio.
  • Transcript copied to OCP and meetings — Call transcripts are now automatically copied to the One-Click Prospect panel and meeting records after each call.

  • Call outcome panel redesign — Cleaner layout with improved usability for logging call results.
  • Connection sound changed — The connection sound when being connected to a live call has been updated to take 2.5x faster.
