- AI auto-fill for call outcome — After a call ends, the AI analyzes the conversation and automatically suggests the appropriate call outcome, saving time on post-call logging.
- Personalized VM Drop button — A new one-click button lets you drop a personalized voicemail and immediately disconnect, keeping your dialing session moving without waiting for the beep.
- Per-assistant "Human Speaks on Answer" mode — Replaces the global "No Assistant" toggle with a per-assistant setting. When enabled, the human rep speaks first when a call is answered, while still benefiting from AI assistance in the background.

- AI speaks acknowledgment before call transfer — The AI assistant now delivers a natural acknowledgment phrase before executing a call transfer, ensuring a smoother handoff experience for prospects.
- Call outcome panel redesign — Refreshed layout and improved usability for logging call results after each interaction.
- Improved loading state indicators — Updated loading states across the dialer for a clearer, more responsive feel during session startup.
- Contact title and address in phone pane — When a call connects, the phone pane now displays the contact's job title and address for quick reference during the conversation.
- Consistent Call Observer behavior in parallel dialing — Unified the logic for when the Call Observer panel automatically opens during parallel dialing sessions, eliminating inconsistent behavior.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Default Sort and Sort by Last Activity in the Dialer contact list.
- Adjusted connected call counts to exclude voicemails, IVR interactions, and short calls in session totals.
- HubSpot CRM and shared calendar scheduling section now loads correctly.
- The Dialer contact pane now auto-scrolls to the current contact as calls progress through the list.
- Call notes now take less time to generate after a call ends.
- Smart Rotation phone number rotation now cycles through numbers based on call patterns.
